About Your Yoga Teacher


I came to yoga seeking healing from hypermobility, overtraining, and years of being disconnected from my body. I needed movement that felt gentle, grounding, and supportive.

Yoga gave me space to breathe, slow down, and rebuild my relationship with myself. It shifted how I understand strength, wellness, and what it means to truly listen to my body.

Now, as a Yoga Teacher, I help others find that same connection. My classes create a calm, supportive space to slow down, honour your boundaries, and meet yourself with compassion.

Frequently Asked Questions

Not at all. Flexibility is something you build through practice; it’s not a requirement. My classes focus on alignment and functional movement, and everything can be adapted to suit your body.

A yoga mat (if you have one), comfortable clothing you can move in, and some water. If you don't own a yoga mat, I have plenty of spares.

Yes. Private 1:1 sessions are perfect if you want personalised guidance, help with alignment, or a practice tailored to your goals. You can book a 1:1 by emailing me: yogawithalice@zohomail.eu

I don’t currently teach dedicated pregnancy yoga classes, so I recommend booking a 1:1 pregnancy session instead. This allows me to tailor movement, breathwork, and modifications safely to your trimester and experience.


You’re also welcome at pregnancy-friendly events, which are clearly labelled on the schedule.
