I came to yoga seeking healing from hypermobility, overtraining, and years of being disconnected from my body. I needed movement that felt gentle, grounding, and supportive.
Yoga gave me space to breathe, slow down, and rebuild my relationship with myself. It shifted how I understand strength, wellness, and what it means to truly listen to my body.
Now, as a Yoga Teacher, I help others find that same connection. My classes create a calm, supportive space to slow down, honour your boundaries, and meet yourself with compassion.
