Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask all students to be mindful of the following cancellation policy. Late cancellations have a real impact on whether classes can run and on others who are hoping to attend.
When cancellations happen with enough notice, I can offer the space to someone else and keep classes sustainable.
Regular Classes
All regular classes must be cancelled at least 4 hours before the class start time.
Cancellations made within 4 hours of the class start time will result in the loss of the class credit
Cancellations made 4 hours or more before the class start time will receive a refund as account credit
This applies to drop-ins, 5-class passes, 10-class passes, and unlimited memberships
This policy applies to all regular classes, including Power Yoga
Workshops and Events
All workshops and events must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Retreats
All retreats require a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your place. This deposit confirms your booking and helps cover upfront costs.
Balance Payments & Cancellations
If you cancel on or before the balance payment deadline, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel after the balance payment deadline, no refunds will be issued.
If your place is filled, 50% of any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
Payments made in instalments are treated the same as full payments under this cancellation policy.
Balance payment deadlines will be clearly stated for each retreat.
Please note that retreat cancellation policies may vary. Full details will be provided on each retreat’s booking page, and I encourage you to check these carefully before booking.
A Note on Fees
I’ve chosen not to introduce late cancellation fees. Instead, I ask for reasonable notice so classes can run smoothly and spaces can be offered to others.
Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time, energy, and planning that go into each class, workshop, and retreat.
