Beginner Friendly | Begin your week from a place of calm.

Deep Rest blends slow, supported yin holds with guided meditation to help regulate your nervous system, ease tension and support deeper sleep.

This is a candlelit, floor-based practice designed for busy minds and tired bodies.

Expect long holds, stillness, breathwork and a closing guided relaxation with lavender eye pillows.

If you are tired and need somewhere safe to land — this is for you.
