
Flow to Slow is a 90-minute journey that blends the energising qualities of Yang with the grounding stillness of Yin, creating space to move, release, and deeply rest.
We'll begin with 40 minutes of dynamic flow, building strength, warmth, and presence before gradually transitioning into 30 minutes of nourishing Yin postures and finishing with an extended Savasana.
This workshop is an invitation to experience the balance between movement and stillness, effort and ease, strength and surrender.
Suitable for all levels, with options and modifications offered throughout, though the first half of the practice will be a stronger, dynamic flow.
